Hello...again

After my last birthday, I decided to take a step back from creating content and being online, and focus more on my in-person experiences. During this time I chose to lean into the things that I feared or found "too difficult" to execute; things that would effectively change the way I had been living my life. And it did just that.

I desired a day where I would create from a place of overflow rather than tapping into my reservoir, starving my creativity and left with nothing substantial to share. So taking this time off to lean into change, consume art, experience more creativity and be more aligned with God and self, has been the best thing I've done and I am very grateful that I get to keep living my life more intentionally.

The choice to be intentional is extremely critical now more than ever; intentional with what we consume, share, say, create, and eventually become. So I wanted to make sure that when I did begin writing and creating content again, it came from a place of intention; an overflow of creativity that goes further beyond myself.

Enjoy this new era. May it inspire an era of leaning into the right kind of change.
